Base Plan + Part D prescription coverage

A $0 monthly premium — designed for retirees who want low monthly costs and prefer to pay for healthcare services as they use it. You’ll pay more out-of-pocket when you need care, but you won’t have a monthly premium.

Plus Plan + Part D prescription coverage

A $150 monthly premium — designed for retirees who want more predictable, lower out-of-pocket healthcare costs when they need care. Includes added protection with dental, vision and hearing coverage.
